About Kitchen Remodeling Pro

Here is the plain story about Kitchen Remodeling Pro. We are a free referral service for the Richmond area.

We connect callers with independent kitchen and bathroom remodeling providers. We do not perform remodeling work, and we never charge callers.

Finding a good contractor takes time. You search, you vet, you wonder who to trust.

We cut that down to one phone call. Tell us your project and your area, and we connect you with an independent provider who serves it.

How a Call Works

Three steps. No forms, no waiting rooms.

1. You call (804) 555-3729 during call hours. A real person answers: Mon to Fri 9 to 5 ET, Sat 10 to 2.
2. We note your project and area. Then we connect you with an independent provider who serves your neighborhood.
3. The provider discusses your project and gives their own quote. No obligation. No fee to you. You decide if you want to book.

Our Standards

We connect you with independent providers. Here is what we expect, and what you should expect too.

• The right Virginia license class for the job. Virginia requires a contractor license for work over $1,000. See the Virginia DPOR contractor licensing guide.
• Credentials you can verify yourself. Use the official DPOR license lookup. Check active status, license number, business name, class, specialty, and expiration before you hire.
• Proper permits. Kitchen work goes through the city or county permit office, such as the Richmond online permit portal. Your provider handles this side.
• Honest marketing. We never invent reviews, ratings, or finished-job stories. You will not find fake testimonials on this site.

Why Richmond

We focus on the Richmond area and its real rules. Separate trade permits for plumbing, electrical, and gas.

Historic-district review in the older neighborhoods. Local housing stock with its own quirks.

We cover 31 areas we serve in Richmond, from the Fan District to Short Pump and Midlothian. Our all kitchen remodeling services span cabinets, countertops, plumbing, appliances, and bathrooms.

What We Never Do

• We never claim we did the work.
• We never show fake testimonials.
• We never charge callers anything.
• We never forward your call without disclosing the referral setup. Read the details in our referral disclosure.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I verify a provider's license in Virginia?

Use the official DPOR license lookup. Search the business name and license number. Check active status, license class, specialty, and expiration date. Virginia requires a license for work valued over $1,000.

What should I tell the provider when they call?

Your area or ZIP, what you want remodeled, your budget range, your timeline, and any must-have features. Photos of the space help too. The provider uses this to give you an accurate quote.
