How Our Service Works
Kitchen Remodeling Pro is a free referral service. You pay nothing to call us.
We connect you with independent local providers who do the remodeling work. We do not do the work ourselves.
You describe your project. We connect you with a provider who serves your area. Calls to (804) 555-3729 may be recorded, tracked, and forwarded to that provider.
How We Are Paid
Independent providers may pay us a fee for referrals. This fee comes from the provider, not from you.
It does not change your quote. Providers set their own prices.
We do not publish fee details. Fees follow our private agreements with providers.
Providers Are Independent
Referred providers are independent businesses. They are not our employees or agents.
Each provider is responsible for their own license and insurance. They handle their own permits, pricing, scheduling, and workmanship.
Licensing Is the Provider's Responsibility
Virginia DPOR requires a contractor license for construction work over $1,000. License classes reflect project size. We do not perform the work. We hold no contractor license and claim none.

Verify Any Provider Yourself
Check any provider before you hire them. Open the official DPOR license lookup. Search the business name or license number.
Confirm active status, class, specialty, business name, and expiration. Do this before you sign anything or pay a deposit.
No Endorsement Guarantee
A referral is not an endorsement. It is not a guarantee of results.
Always compare quotes from more than one provider. Check references and verify credentials yourself.
Do I pay anything for this service?
No. The call and the referral are free to you. You pay only the provider for the work they do.
Providers may pay us a referral fee for connecting you. That fee never changes what you pay for your project.
Are the providers your employees?
No. They are independent businesses. Each provider holds their own license and insurance.
They set their own prices and schedules. We connect you with them, but we do not supervise their work.
How do I check a provider's license in Virginia?
Use the official DPOR License Lookup. Search by business name or license number. Confirm the license is active.
Check the class, specialty, and expiration date. Make sure the business name matches the provider.
Does a referral mean you recommend the provider?
No. A referral connects you with a provider. It is not an endorsement or a guarantee.
We do not rate or rank providers. Compare quotes and verify credentials before you hire anyone.
